What personal data we collect and why we collect it


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Your contact information

If you register for our services/account we hold your information for as long as you have an account with us, this information is kept within the EVE LBS Group of companies and or the company that you register your account with (within the EVE LBS Group of companies).

By registering an account you agree for contact via email about the service, company or product that you registered your account for such as photography will enable offers about that service, game development updates and marketing media on the games that we create, etc.

This information may also be used for shipping of products and or invoices that you may have ordered.

How we protect your data


We protect your data via secure  SSLs that uses SHA-2 and 2048-bit encryption to protect all sensitive data transmitting from the browser to the web server. It’s the strongest encryption on the market today.

Off line Network.

We also keep your data when ordering a product/service on a off line network that has no link to the outside world, this off line network is used with our store(s).

What data breach procedures we have in place

The General Data Protection Regulation specifies that all breaches (except those ‘unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons) should be reported to the Information Commissioner ‘without undue delay…not later than 72 hours after having become aware of it’.

Breaches and near misses are to be reported to EVE LBS Studio and the EVE LBS Group.

Any breach will be reported to any and all staff of EVE LBS Studio and as much information to be collected as is immediately available should be collated within 12 hours of the breach been identified.

Any breach or near miss will be investigated and corrected/contained/escallated as required.

  1. Establish the nature of the incident, the type and volume of data involved and the identity of the data subjects
  2. Consider the extent of a breach and the sensitivity of the data involved
  3. Perform a risk assessment
  4. Identify actions the organisation needs to take to contain the breach and recover information
  5. Assess the ongoing risk and actions required prevent a recurrence of the incident.

EVE LBS Studio will co-ordinate breach reporting to the Information Commissioner within 72 hours of becoming aware of a relevant breach
